Refund Policy
As a general policy, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our apps, services, or paid features. Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
We may offer refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the purchased product or service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction or subscription period.
To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
